REFUND POLICY
No Refund Policy
By registering for any Toronto Bulldogs Hockey Organization programs, camps, teams, tournaments, tryouts, or merchandise through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following No Refund Policy:
All Sales Are Final
All payments made to the Toronto Bulldogs Hockey Organization are non-refundable and non-transferable. This applies to, but is not limited to: team registrations, tryout fees, camp fees, tournament entries, merchandise purchases, and any other programs or services.
Cancellations by Participants
In the event that a player or parent chooses to withdraw, cancel, or is unable to participate for any reason (including, but not limited to, illness, injury, scheduling conflicts, relocation, or personal matters), no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued.
Cancellations by the Organization
The Toronto Bulldogs Hockey Organization reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, or adjust programming (including practices, games, camps, or tournaments) due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, facility issues, or government/league regulations. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
Merchandise Sales
All merchandise sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective upon receipt.
Acknowledgement of Risk
Participation in hockey carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or unforeseen schedule disruptions. By registering, participants accept these risks and understand that they do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Agreement to Policy
By completing registration or making a purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy.
